About the Role

Be the energy and the support—on the floor! As our Residential Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, delivering hands-on, person-centred care while guiding and empowering a dedicated team. One day you’re supporting participants directly; the next, you’re mentoring staff, managing rosters, and making real-time decisions to ensure the smooth running of our residential services.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver daily support alongside your team—nurturing independence and wellbeing

• Lead, mentor, and develop support workers on-site

• Oversee high-quality implementation of NDIS-funded care plans (SIL/SDA)

• Handle rostering, inductions, performance support, and documentation

• Act on the ground—responding to gaps and ensuring positive outcomes for participants

What We’re Looking For

• Experience (1–2 years preferable) in leadership within a residential disability / SIL/ age care setting

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, or Nursing experience preferred

• Strong person-centred, behaviour support, and advocacy skills

• Excellent communicator—able to build trust with participants, families, and staff

• Resilient leader with a proactive, hands-on approach

Requirements & Checks

• NDIS Worker Screening Check,

• Working With Children Check

• First Aid & CPR certification

• Meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.

• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence, access to a vehicle, and full insurance
