Disability Support Workers – Epping and Heidelberg

Are you an experienced Support Worker with great availability and able to work over a variety of shifts including sleepover shifts?

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to support clients in the Epping and Heidelberg areas.

We are looking for experienced staff who have supported clients with high physical care needs and emotional support requirements and are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Help clients with community access and transportation needs
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions
  • Support with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
  • Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in Australia within Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate or ability to obtain one
  • Current Driver’s License, own car, and comprehensive/third-party insurance
