Nurse Practitioner

Clean Slate Clinic is a growing telehealth service supporting individuals through drug and alcohol treatment with a focus on safe, evidence-based care delivered in the comfort of the patient’s home. We are seeking an experienced and confident Nurse Practitioner to join our fully remote team.

About the Role This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and autonomy, while still being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. You will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients undergoing at-home detox and ongoing treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for patients
• Develop and manage treatment plans for drug and alcohol detox
• Prescribe medications in line with clinical protocols and guidelines
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Provide education and support to patients throughout their treatment
• Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and admin staff
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation

About You

• Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with current AHPRA registration
• Highly experienced AOD clinician
• Confident working autonomously in a telehealth environment
• Strong clinical judgement and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach
• Comfortable using digital systems and remote care platforms
