Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Gardener to carry out landscape maintenance works across a range of sites. The role involves maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, and landscaped areas to a high standard while working safely and efficiently as part of a team. Some of our works are carried out at childcare centres and aged care facilities, so compliance and professional conduct are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- General garden and landscape maintenance
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
- Weeding, mulching, planting, and watering
- Hedging and shrub maintenance
- Soil preparation and planting of trees, shrubs, and groundcovers
- Identification and reporting of plant health issues, pests, and irrigation problems
- Operation and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment
- Site clean-up and waste removal
- Following work schedules and instructions from supervisors
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to company standards
