Site Supervisor – Residential Repairs & Insurance Works

CIRCL Group Pty Ltd – Gold Coast / Brisbane

CIRCL Group is a growing construction and maintenance company delivering residential, insurance, and commercial projects across NSW and QLD. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee QBCC, insurance, and residential repair works across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, managing trades, clients, and timelines across a variety of jobs.

Position Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of residential repair and insurance projects, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes and maintain CIRCL’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage multiple QBCC and insurance repair projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site activities
  • Liaise with: QBCC representatives Insurance builders (e.g. Crawfords & Co) Homeowners and tenants
  • Conduct site inspections, inductions, and safety checks
  • Ensure all works comply with: NCC and relevant Australian Standards WHS requirements and SWMS
  • Capture and upload site documentation, photos, and QA records
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively manage delays
  • Identify and communicate variations or additional works
  • Ensure projects are completed and ready for invoicing

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction or insurance repairs
  • Strong understanding of QBCC processes and insurance workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and trades simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Trade background (Carpentry preferred)
  • Current driver’s licence
