Responsibilities:

• High standards of food quality and presentation.
• Exposure to Functions & Events kitchen.
• Preparing high-quality dishes that meet the company’s standards for taste and presentation.
• Ensuring food safety, quality, and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:

• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creativity and a passion for food.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
