The Head of Property Management will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our property portfolio in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of residential and commercial properties, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maximising asset value. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, driving performance and innovation within the property management sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise asset performance.
- Lead and mentor the property management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and enhancing satisfaction.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for property enhancements and value-add initiatives.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on property performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
