THE GIG:

We’re on the lookout for hands-on Warehouse Assistants to be part of a newly formed, high-performing operations team at our newly relocated warehouse in Helensvale. This role suits someone who enjoys staying active, working closely with a great crew, and taking pride in accurate, on-time order fulfilment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking, packing, labelling, and dispatching customer orders with care and accuracy

• Assisting with stock control, including receiving deliveries, checking stock, and putting products away in the correct locations

• Following daily task instructions from the warehouse leadership team

• Helping keep the warehouse organised, tidy, and running smoothly

• Using equipment safely and following all workplace health & safety guidelines

• Flagging any stock issues, order discrepancies, or damages as they come up

• Working closely with teammates to hit daily targets and deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Previous warehouse experience is great, but not essential, training provided

• A strong eye for detail and pride in doing things right the first time

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in where needed

• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving stock

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help the team succeed

• Interest in retail or fashion is a bonus
