Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist who is friendly, organised, confident and passionate about creating a great patient experience?

We’re looking for a superstar to join our team at Allied Dental Innaloo for a permanent Friday and Saturday position.

Hours

Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 8:30am – 1:30pm

As our business continues to grow, there may be opportunities for aditional days and hours in the future. We are looking for someone who is flexible and interested in the potential to increase their availability as the role develops.

As part of the Allied Dental group, with multiple locations across Perth, you’ll be joining a modern and busy practice where teamwork, communication and patient experience are incredibly important.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental reception experience is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence managing a busy appointment book
• Ability to discuss treatment costs, health funds and payment options with patients
• A calm and professional approach when assisting nervous or concerned patients
• Good knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A reliable, organised and proactive approach
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and isn’t afraid to take initiative
• Experience with Praktika would be highly regarded
• Dental Assistant Cert III would be a bonus, but is not essential
