We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental
Assistant/Receptionist (Hybrid) to join our modern and patient-focused dentalpractice 3 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where patient care and teamwork are highly valued.
As a hybrid DA/Receptionist, you will play a key role in
supporting our clinician’s role in delivering an exceptional patient experience
and will be the first point of contact for patients. This role is suited to an
individual who is passionate about patient interaction and excels in a dynamic,fast-paced healthcare setting, demonstrating strong communication skills,professionalism, and the ability to perform effectively in fast paced
environments.
You will provide comprehensive chairside assistance
during dental procedures, ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained to a high standard, uphold strict sterilisation and infection control protocols, deliver exceptional patient care. Manage patient records and administrative duties and oversee inventory and supply management.
Provide a high standard of front desk support by welcoming patients, managing appointments and enquiries, maintaining accurate records, processing payments and claims, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring efficient administrative operations within a well-organised reception environment.
Minimum two years’ experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, with strong communication and interpersonal skills,excellent attention to detail and organisation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. A caring, professional approach to patient care is essential. Proficiency with dental software (Praktika) and strong computer literacy, including confidenceusing Microsoft Office and learning new systems is required. Flexibility to cover annual and sick leave as part of a supportive team is desirable
