About Us

BBB Remote Site Services is a leading provider of mobile accommodation and site support solutions across remote and regional Australia. We specialise in the hire and servicing of mobile accommodation units, kitchens, industrial and exploration caravans, generators, water systems, and portable buildings—alongside fully integrated catering, cleaning, and site management services.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Village Manager and Camp Services Manager in supervising daily camp operations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of meals, cleaning, maintenance and accommodation services
  • Manage bookings, check-in/check-out procedures and general camp administration
  • Liaise with client management, camp teams and staff to maintain service standards
  • Support appropriate staffing levels and a safe, positive camp environment
  • Assist hands-on with room cleaning and other operational tasks when required

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will bring remote site experience, strong people skills and the ability to lead by example in a hands-on camp environment.

  • Minimum 3 years’ remote site experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ people management experience
  • Experience across accommodation, food, cleaning or housekeeping services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • All-rounder camp management capability with strong attention to detail

Required Licences and Qualifications

  • Approved Manager WA (MLP1)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • First Aid Certificate and National Police Check
  • Valid Australian C class driver’s licence
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Ability to work unrestricted hours

 Desirable Criteria

  • Cert III Commercial Cookery
  • Food safety and workplace safety knowledge
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Similar hospitality or site services experience
