Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for building and construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
• Analyse labour, material, and overhead costs to provide comprehensive estimates.
• Maintain and update a database of costs and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Provide support during the project lifecycle, including cost tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in estimating within the building and construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
