Description

Summary:

The Process & Systems Manager plays a key role in improving how CDB operates by optimising systems, workflows, and data visibility across the Delivery and Product teams.

This role is focused on ensuring systems are used effectively, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and working with internal and external teams to implement practical, scalable solutions. The successful candidate will take ownership of system and process issues and drive them through to resolution, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve how core systems (Monday.com, Akeneo, Bynder, Power BI, CrossFire and internal platforms) are used across the business
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows by moving manual processes into structured, system-led solutions
  • Work closely with Delivery and Product teams to understand pain points and implement practical improvements
  • Coordinate with internal IT and external partners to scope, prioritise, and deliver system enhancements
  • Develop and improve reporting, dashboards, and data visibility across teams
  • Ensure systems are used correctly and consistently, and prevent fallback to manual processes
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency and system capability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with business systems, workflow or data tools (e.g. Monday.com, Akeneo, Power BI or similar)
  • Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to solve practical business problems
  • Comfortable working with IT teams and external vendors to deliver solutions
  • Able to take ownership of issues and drive them through to implementation
  • Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Curious about systems, automation, and how tools (including AI) can be applied in a practical way
