Job Description
As a Communications Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, enhancing our brand presence and engagement. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, from curating and creating compelling content for our social media platforms to crafting briefs for promotional materials that resonate with our audience. A key aspect of your role involves managing the intricacies of digital advertising. You will also be the creative force behind our external communications, contributing engaging blog posts and ensuring a consistent and impactful messaging strategy. Hours: 8 hours a week
Core Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management and Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant channels.
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand and public image.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, website updates, and other external communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
Requirements and Ideal Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in communications, content creation, and social media management.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
