About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Trainer & Assessor to lead the delivery of the ICT20120 Certificate II in Applied Digital Technologies and ICT30120 Certificate III in Information Technology. This is an opportunity to influence the launch of an innovative training stream from the ground up.

You’ll play a key role in delivering training that supports student progression into the Certificate IV in Digital Forensics (DEF43122) and other advanced ICT pathways. With a new facility and growing demand, you’ll be part of a high-calibre team transforming how digital education is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and compliant training and assessment in line with ASQA standards.

• Customise and contextualise learning materials to suit a range of learner cohorts and industry settings.

• Provide timely, constructive feedback and foster a supportive learning environment. • Maintain accurate records to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with compliance and education teams to ensure alignment with RTO and regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

• Demonstrated vocational competency and currency in ICT20120 and ICT30120 delivery. • Professional experience in the ICT sector relevant to the course outcomes. • Prior experience delivering VET qualifications within an RTO or similar setting.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with blended and remote delivery platforms and tools.

• Understanding of AQF volume of learning and ASQA compliance requirements. • Ability to support learners with Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) needs.

• Skilled in contextualising training to workplace, community, and industry applications.
