With more than three decades of experience delivering outdoor programs and unforgettable events, Cave Hill Creek and Silverband Lodge have hosted thousands of students, couples, families, and community groups. From lakeside weddings to multi-day camps and retreats, we offer the space, support, and scenery to help guests slow down, come together, and make memories that last. We’re looking for Holiday Camp Counsellors and Junior Camp Counsellors to join our team for the 2027 Summer Camp.
As a camp counsellor, you’ll build relationships, play games, and mentor young people, helping create memories that last a lifetime. You’ll spend your days outdoors, supporting young people, working alongside a dynamic team to deliver fun and engaging care for campers aged 8–14.
As Holiday Camp Counsellor, you will:
- Immerse yourself in the great outdoors
- Meet new people, and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Organise campers in a timely manner for scheduled activities and meals
- Engage in a variety of activities that inspire and entertain
- Provide a positive and nurturing environment for campers
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A passion for outdoor activities, camping, music, drama and/or youth leadership
- Experience working with children
- A good level of physical fitness
- Previous camp experience and/or an interest in pursuing further studies in education, outdoor recreation, or youth work is a plus!
