The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a fulltime Customer CARe Advisor to join our team in Glenfield. This role will be based at our first CARe site in Auckland, New Zealand, offering a unique opportunity to be part of our growth journey from the ground up.
The Customer CARe Advisor will be the key point of contact for our customers and will share responsibility for guiding them through the end-to-end repair experience, ensuring clear communication, care, and support throughout the journey. Mandarin language skills would be advantageous but are not essential, to support effective communication with our customers.

What does a Customer Care Advisor do?
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service throughout their repair journey
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and liaise with insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely resolution of any issues
- Resolve customer enquiries and concerns both in person and over the phone with a high degree of professionalism
- Liaise with insurance companies as required to support claims and repair processes
- Monitor and manage bookings to meet business needs
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

About You
- Strong communication skills with a genuine customer‑first attitude
- Ability to speak Mandarin would be highly advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise effectively
- IT‑literate and confident using digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems
- Previous experience in automotive insurance claims or automotive customer service will be highly regarded
- A collaborative team player who is ready to contribute to and support a positive work environment
- Must be a Permanent Resident or hold appropriate New Zealand working rights
