About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people with disability in their day-to-day lives so they can feel safe, supported, and more independent. This might include helping at home, getting out into the community, or working towards personal goals.

You’ll provide support with daily tasks, including personal care, and may assist people with more complex care needs with the right training and guidance.

You’ll build positive relationships with the people you support, their families, and your team, and follow care plans to make sure each person receives the right support for their needs.

Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check (where required)

• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid Driver’s Licence (min P2) and confidence to drive an access van

• Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends, sleepover shifts and public holidays
