Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team part-time in Auckland, NZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation and exceptional customer service skills.

Skills:

– Previous experience as a Barista

– Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods

– Strong customer service skills

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

– Excellent communication abilities

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following company standards

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station

– Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, processing transactions, and engaging with customers

– Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as coffee beans, milk, and syrups

-Assist with training new staff on espresso preparation techniques

Qualifications:

– Experience working as a Barista in a cafe or restaurant

-Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing techniques

-A collaborative team player with excellent customer service skills

-Food safety certification preferred

Pay Rate: $23.15 – $25 NZD per hour
