Service Attendant

Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Service Attendants to join our CSCC team in Woden, Tuggeranong, Jamison and/or the Yacht Club. These roles are essential in providing exceptional service to our guests in the hospitality and catering industry. The ideal candidate would contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction, making a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Support the preparation and running of our functions and events.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid certifications for a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG).
• No formal education required; however, a background in hospitality is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
