Springers Solar is one of Queensland’s biggest battery installers, and we’re looking for Electricians to join our growing team at Warana.

Our Sunshine Coast branch is continuing to grow, and there’s still a great opportunity to be part of building the team and shaping how we work together. You’ll have the backing of an established company, with the chance to settle into a close-knit crew and grow your skills in solar and battery.

💰 What’s in it for you?

• $55/hr without SAA tickets | $60+/hr with SAA Solar & Battery tickets
• 13 RDOs per year + 17% annual leave loading
• Plenty of overtime available if you want the extra hours
• Labourers, roofers and apprentices on jobs, meaning limited roof work for you
• Training and support to gain your solar and battery tickets, including SAA accreditation

🔧 About the role

• Full-time, permanent position based at Warana
• Install, connect and commission solar and battery systems
• Carry out servicing, fault-finding and repairs when needed
• Make sure work is safe and meets relevant standards
• Deliver quality workmanship and good customer service

👷 What we’re looking for

• A qualified Electrician with a current electrical licence
• Someone who takes pride in their work and has a good attitude
• A team player who can also work independently
• Solar experience is a bonus, but not essential. We’ll provide training and support to help you gain your solar and battery accreditation.
