Factory Hand

ButterBoy are looking for a factory hand for our Wholesale kitchen in Brookvale.

Love keeping things organised? This one’s for you. Bring a good attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and pride in a tidy, well-run warehouse. We’ll support you with paid training and a real pathway to grow.

The role 

You’ll be the backbone of our Brookvale factory, making sure stock, ingredients and packaging are in the right place at the right time so production and dispatch run smoothly. When needed, you’ll also jump in the van to run deliveries to our wholesale customers.

A typical week includes:

• Receiving, checking and unloading incoming deliveries
• Managing stock rotation (FIFO), stocktakes and inventory records
• Preparing ingredients and materials ahead of production runs
• Packing, palletising and loading wholesale orders for dispatch
• Keeping the warehouse clean, clearly labelled and inspection-ready
• Driving delivery runs across Sydney when required

Who we’re looking for

• Previous warehouse, storeperson or factory experience (food manufacturing a plus)
• A current, full C class driver’s licence and a clean driving record
• Highly organised and detail-focused, with a commitment to safety and hygiene
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP or food safety systems is a bonus
• Forklift licence highly regarded (or we’ll train you)
• Comfortable with early starts and able to safely lift up to 25kg
• Australian working rights
