Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner

The Team Leader, PBS is primarily accountable with the Manager PBS for the therapeutic governance of the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Essential to the role is the supervision, leadership and management of the PBS Team across the specific BFS assigned location. Supervision is a formal process through which knowledge, skill and competence is developed.

The role also requires a combination of supervision and direct client service delivery in order to retain an operational knowledge of BFS PBS clients, systems and processes.
