Casual Learn to Swim Instructor

Bundaberg Swimming Academy is looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team of Learn to Swim Instructors.

We operate 7 days a week and offer a wide range of shifts across both our private Learn to Swim program and large school swimming program.

With lessons running during school hours, after school and on weekends, we can offer flexible casual hours to suit your availability, family commitments, study or other work.

About the role

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you will teach children of varying ages and abilities, helping them develop swimming skills, water confidence and essential water safety skills.

Our programs include:

  • Private Learn to Swim lessons
  • School swimming programs
  • Lessons during school hours
  • After school lessons
  • Weekend lessons

You can work across different programs depending on your qualifications, experience and availability.

No experience? We can help you get started

Previous Learn to Swim teaching experience is welcomed, but it is not essential.

If you are enthusiastic, confident around children and interested in becoming a swimming instructor, we can provide training and support to help you obtain the required qualifications.
