Forklift Operator

We’re on the lookout for two skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our production team.

Based in Lindenow, East Gippsland, these hands-on roles are key to keeping things moving — literally. One position is permanent, the other casual — both offer a great opportunity to be part of a respected, fast-paced horticultural operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely transport produce and pallets across our production area
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately
• Wrap, weigh, label and prepare pallets for despatch
• Record data in Live Farmer (we’ll train you!)
• Help keep cool rooms, vacuum coolers, and loading areas clean and safe
• Complete daily pre-starts and flag any maintenance issues

What You’ll Bring

• A current Forklift Licence (Licence to Perform High Risk Work)
• Forklift experience in a warehouse or production setting
• Great awareness of safety and spatial judgement
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well in a diverse and multicultural team, including our Pacific Island and Timor Leste workforce
• Willingness to pitch in and assist with general packing and logistics
