About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sexual Violence Systems Navigator to support individuals navigating the justice system and accessing the services they need to achieve positive outcomes. This rewarding role involves working with vulnerable community members, providing information, advocacy and referrals while helping clients understand their rights and responsibilities.
The Sexual Violence Systems Navigator will work collaboratively with community organisations, service providers and stakeholders to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate support. Key Responsibilities
- Support clients to understand and navigate justice and legal processes.
- Provide information, advocacy, referrals and practical assistance.
- Build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders and community services.
- Connect individuals with appropriate support programs and resources.
- Maintain accurate case notes, records and reporting requirements.
- Promote client rights, wellbeing and equitable access to services.
