Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations and activities

Work according to the Chef de Partie’s menu specifications

Keep the work area in hygienic conditions at all times according to the SOP

Control the food supply and food costs in your department

Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the outlet

Prepare for staff meal (one a day)

Follow the instructions and recommendations of the immediate superiors to carry out the daily tasks

Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation and stay informed about new products, recipes and cooking techniques

Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, waste and cost control

Immediate starters an added advantage
