About the Role

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, Brewer Civil & Earthworks Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and motivated Civil Concreters, Form workers and Concrete Labourers to join our growing team across Central Queensland.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, work well within a team environment and are committed to maintaining safe and productive worksites. Whether you are an experienced concreter or looking to further develop your skills within the civil construction industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out concrete labouring, formwork, pouring and finishing activities
  • Read and follow plans, measurements and site instructions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite in line with WHS requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Supervisors, team members and other trades on-site
  • Assist with coordinating materials, tools and equipment required for daily tasks
  • Identify and report site issues, hazards or defects promptly
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in concrete labouring, formwork or concrete finishing preferred
  • Experience in civil or commercial concrete works is advantageous
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour duties
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early concrete pours
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Mandatory
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport advantageous
  • Additional tickets highly regarded
