Brendan Foot Supersite is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their parts career, or an experienced Parts Advisor, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.

The role

You’ll be part of a busy Parts team supporting both retail customers and our workshops, helping ensure the right parts are supplied accurately and on time. Day to day you’ll be:

• Assisting customers and workshop staff with parts identification and enquiries

• Selling parts and accessories over the counter and to repair orders

• Ordering parts, receipting stock, and following up to meet timeframes

• Processing invoices and payments accurately

• Supporting stock control, bin locations, and general housekeeping/security

• Using dealership systems to ensure correct parts supply and tracking

• Communicates clearly with customers and colleagues

• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting it right

Experience (we’re flexible)

We’re open to:

• Someone with some automotive/retail parts exposure who is keen to learn and grow, or

• A proven Parts Advisor who can hit the ground running and help the team around them
