About the Position

Boileau is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Field Engineer, specializing in providing comprehensive support for our customers’ printer hardware and software. The role encompasses various responsibilities:

• Servicing and repairing multi-function copiers, printers, and other digital products both in-house and in the field.

• Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fault finding.

• Refurbishing used equipment for resale.

• Supporting and advising customers through remote support.

• Assisting with stock and equipment management and movements.

About You

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about their work, value high-quality service, and recognize the significance of fostering strong customer relationships. Key qualifications for this role include:

• Previous experience encompassing all aspects of photocopier and printer servicing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology, networking technologies, and a robust mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent computer skills and outstanding organizational abilities.

• A willingness to learn and the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
