What You’ll Be Doing
As an Onsite Injury Prevention Physiotherapist, you’ll work closely with employers and employees across a range of industries to prevent injuries and promote better workplace health. You’ll be supported by a passionate, values-driven team and have real influence in the way care is delivered.
Your role will include:
- Providing onsite, proactive physiotherapy and early intervention
- Conducting ergonomic and manual handling assessments
- Delivering education and practical strategies to reduce risk
- Collaborating with employers to implement prevention-focused health initiatives
- Supporting workers to stay safe, confident, and job-ready

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy + full AHPRA registration
- At least 1 year of musculoskeletal physio experience (onsite or private practice ideal)
- A proactive, confident, and personable approach
- Full working rights in Australia, a valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport
