Description

About Bodycare

Since 2000, Bodycare Workplace Solutions has been a market leader in delivering occupational health solutions across Australia and New Zealand. As part of The Pacific Health Group, we partner with companies to provide tailored onsite injury prevention, OHS consulting services, and health assessments.

Our vision is to build a team that is passionate and dedicated to keeping employees healthy, safe, and injury-free. At the heart of our work are our core values: Proactivity, Innovation, Integrity, and Communication. These values guide us in everything we do, from taking prompt action and embracing new ideas to ensuring accountability and fostering open, transparent communication.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Team Lead to sit at the centre of our OSIP delivery team. This role is 70% operational delivery, 30% team leadership, perfect for someone who leads by doing and holds a high bar for quality.

You will work across two streams, Account Operations and Clinical Operations, keeping both on track while coaching and supporting a small team of Operations Co-ordinators.

What you will do

  • Lead, support and develop Operations Co-ordinators day to day
  • Act as the first escalation point, resolving issues and keeping work moving
  • Deliver across client operations: implementation, service coordination, reporting and CRM accuracy
  • Deliver across clinical operations: clinician onboarding, compliance tracking and workforce coordination
  • Step in during peak periods, leave or escalations to carry operational load
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across the function
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical leaders and cross-functional teams

About you

  • Experience in operations, coordination or team leadership in a service-based or health environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and switching between streams
  • Confident leading a small team with a focus on accountability and development
  • Solutions-focused: you spot issues early and bring recommendations, not just problems
  • Strong communicator with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in CRM, scheduling or operational management systems

Why Bodycare?

  • Become an integral part of a growing, dynamic and passionate team with like-minded individuals
  • Work with purpose, providing services that make a difference to individuals’ lives
  • Well-located near great coffee and lunch spots
  • Professional Development opportunities
  • Dog-friendly, modern office with beautiful indoor and outdoor break-out zones
  • Regular team events and unique social activities
  • Hybrid WFH opportunity (3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the office)
  • Access to EAP and wellbeing workshops
