Bloom HR is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and compassionate professionals interested in temporary housing opportunities across Sydney during the Christmas and New Year period.

As we approach the busy holiday season, a range of community organisations may need additional staffing coverage across housing, homelessness, accommodation, disability, mental health, and community service programs.

Potential Opportunities May Include:

• Housing and Tenancy Support Workers/Officers
• Tenancy and Housing Officers
• Housing & Homelessness Case Managers
• Crisis Accommodation Workers
• Intake & Assessment Officers
• Community Support Workers
• Outreach Workers
• Accommodation Coordinators
• After-Hours and On-Call Support Staff

About You:

• Experience within housing, homelessness, community services, disability, mental health, aged care, youth services, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Availability throughout December and January
• Relevant qualifications, registrations, and screening checks (where applicable)
• A commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and communities
