Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Drive team sales performance and achieve targets
- Conduct property inspections, assessing for hail damage (roof access required)
- Train and develop sales reps in face-to-face customer engagement
- Assist with content creation for social media and marketing campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and community connections
- Monitor team KPIs, track leads, and provide performance reports
- Collaborate with senior management on strategy and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales and team leadership (ideally field sales)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills – ability to inspire a team
- Energetic, motivated, and a natural relationship builder
- Great communicator with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work outdoors and conduct roof inspections
- Positive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
