Billy J is searching for a Sales Assistant to embody our values and deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our valued customers. We are looking for a vibrant people-person who is highly motivated and focused on delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Successful applicants will need to be available to work weekend shifts and throughout our peak season between now and January.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment
• Maintain a visually aesthetic, relevant, and effectively replenished store
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• A passion for fashion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
