Coast. Founded in 2014, we have fast become one of the largest online clothing
retailers in Australia. We have grown from strength to strength in the
past 12 years and continue to see record sales both in-store and online. Our
team of over 100 employees work across our retail store, warehouse, and
creative office, all locally here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
About the Role
Billy J is looking for a reliable, motivated,
and energetic individual to join our team as a full-timeGeneral
Warehouse Lead at our Kunda Park warehouse.

We’re
looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and able to maintain a high
level of accuracy while working under pressure. Previous experience in a
warehouse, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment will be highly
regarded. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are
essential to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking, and
inspecting incoming shipments and reporting any discrepancies to Stock
Managers.
- Assisting with accurate
stock movements throughout warehouses, staging areas and preparation of
inventory for stock receiving.
- Maintaining basic
inventory records in software systems (WMS/ERP).
- Operating Walkie Stacker,
pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Organising storage areas
for easy access and safety compliance.
- Supporting Managers with
coordinating daily operations of the General Warehouse duties and team.
- Inputting data and generating
reports on general warehouse duties.
What we are looking for:
- Attention to detail for
accurate incoming orders and stock movements
- Physical stamina for
lifting and moving inventory safely up to 25kgs
- Effective communication
skills for team collaboration.
- Safety awareness for workplace
health and safety compliance
- Basic computer /
inventory management software skills
- Prior supervisory
experience is advantageous
