We’re on the lookout for an Operations Manager who brings energy, leadership, initiative and a hands-on approach to our tight‑knit team. You will have excellent communication skills, proven experience with leading teams, and the ability to manage budgets, systems, processes and procedures in real time, with real people. You will have a clear focus on leading BSV’s operations to the highest quality, safely, on time, and within budget.

Operations Manager – South Australia

BSV is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our South Australian operations and oversee the successful delivery of projects across SA, WA and NT.

This leadership role is responsible for managing project delivery, service operations and technical teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead and support our Project Manager, Service & Monitoring Team and LED Technicians, driving accountability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the region.

Key Deliverables

· Lead the successful delivery of LED installation projects across SA, WA and NT.

· Personally manage and deliver larger, high-value or complex projects from planning through to completion.

· Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and achieve profitability targets.

· Manage and support the Service & Monitoring Team to consistently meet SLAs and client expectations.

· Lead, mentor and develop LED Technicians and apprentices.

· Drive operational efficiency, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control and equipment readiness.

· Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.

About You

· Proven experience in Operations Management and Project Management.

· Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale installation, construction or infrastructure projects.

· Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical and field-based teams.

· Commercially focused with experience managing budgets, resources and project performance.

· Excellent client, stakeholder and team management skills.

· Construction, structural, electrical or related industry experience highly regarded.

· A hands-on leader with a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
