About the Role

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Farm Groundsperson who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. From weed spraying to bait station servicing, no two days will be the same in this varied and rewarding role. If you’re someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong safety work ethic, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly on-farm, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular mowing duties across the property (tractor experience is a bonus!)
  • Conduct weed spraying in compliance with safety procedures
  • Maintain and clear fence lines to ensure boundary integrity
  • Service and monitor bait stations and perform pest trapping as required
  • Perform general farm maintenance including repairs and upkeep of equipment and facilities
  • Prune or fell trees safely when needed
  • Assist with tree planting and seasonal planting projects
  • Carry out fencing and fence repairs
  • Support the wider team with general farm duties as needed

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy hands-on, outdoor work in all kinds of weather
  • Have a practical mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Are physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Have experience with groundskeeping equipment & farm machinery or tractors (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Are safety-conscious and aware of rural best practices
