We are currently seeking an Administrator to support our Directors and Business Services team with corporate compliance and general practice administration.

The Role

This role provides administrative and corporate compliance support across the Business Services division. You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance obligations are met, records are accurate, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a professional services environment.

Key Duties

Corporate Compliance

  • Prepare and lodge ASIC documents
  • Assist with ATO administration and correspondence
  • Maintain statutory registers and company records
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and follow up actions
  • File and maintain digital records

Team & Workflow Support

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Support the team to meet deadlines and client needs
  • Assist with fee preparation and tracking outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate client and internal records

Reception & Office Support

  • Provide relief reception cover when required
  • Handle incoming calls and visitor coordination
  • Liaise with other teams to support office operations

General Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Update documents and internal systems
  • Assist with process improvements and internal tasks
  • Support operational needs as directed by Directors

About You

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Confident personal presentation
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Experience with ASIC, ATO Portal or Xero (preferred, not essential)
