Housekeeper

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Noosa Heads, Queensland. This temporary, casual role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hospitality facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service and cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a high level of understanding of cleaning procedures is required.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
