Who We Are
Bellchambers Barrett is a Canberra-based professional services firm providing audit, assurance, consulting, tax, and business services. Since launching in 2014, we have grown into one of Canberra’s leading professional services firms, combining top-tier expertise with a responsive, relationship-driven approach. We are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients while fostering a supportive workplace where our people can grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to build a broad career across People, Recruitment and Brand, with exposure to projects and initiatives across the firm. You’ll work with different teams and leaders, contribute ideas and build practical experience across a range of business activities.
- Take ownership of meaningful projects early in your career
- Learn from experienced leaders and external specialists
- Develop in a role that can evolve with your strengths and interests
The Role
Joining our Corporate Services team and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll help turn ideas and priorities into action across recruitment, employee experience, marketing and brand. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety and interaction across the firm.
- Coordinate recruitment activity including sourcing, screening, interviews and references
- Support employee programs and processes across the employee lifecycle
- Create social content, digital assets, website updates and brand collateral
- Coordinate marketing activity, events, service line needs and external providers
The Ideal Person
You may be a recent graduate or have 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing, recruitment, HR, communications or business support. More important than your exact background is how you work: you’re curious, organised, comfortable learning new things and enjoy turning ideas into action.
- A strong communicator who can adapt to different people and audiences
- Digitally confident with an eye for engaging content and presentation
- Able to organise competing priorities and follow things through
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative
What we need from you
We’re not looking for someone who is already an expert across People, Recruitment and Marketing. A relevant degree and/or early career experience in a related field would be well regarded, along with strong digital skills and an interest in developing across different areas of the business.
