Balgownie Estate are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing daily operations of food and beverage and event coordination services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and brand knowledge within our cellar door, dining and event spaces. This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational skills.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervise and support team members during service periods.
- Assist with training as required.
- Distribute information to the team regarding changes to the menu and offerings, management instruction, and policy and procedure updates. Conduct periodic staff briefings when required.
- Perform all opening and closing duties as required.

About You:
