Huka Lodge is seeking a casual Porter to join the team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences at one of New Zealand’s most iconic luxury lodges. As a key part of the guest journey, you will be a welcoming face of the lodge, assisting guests with arrivals, departures and transportation while ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.

About the Role

• Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage handling and arrivals
• Providing a warm, professional first impression of the lodge
• Valet parking guest vehicles with care and attention
• Assisting guests with local knowledge and recommendations
• Providing vehicle transfers to and from the airport and surrounding areas
• Working a rotating roster including weekends

About You

You are friendly, organised and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You take pride in creating a welcoming environment and enjoy working in a team-focused hospitality setting.

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service
• A valid driver’s licence
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work to a schedule
