When dining at Huka Lodge, guests gather to make each other’s acquaintance, share stories of their day and enjoy the superb cuisine. Our Food and Beverage team are pivotal in ensuring a perfect dining experience – whether it be a leisurely breakfast by the river, a quick lunch on the go, or the main event – our produce-driven Dinner in the main restaurant.

We are now looking for Food and Beverage attendants to join our talented team

What we’re looking for

• Section wait staff experience in a similar setting
• Experience serving wine in a restaurant setting
• Impeccable presentation
• Ideally knowledge of New Zealand wines
• A knowledge and passion for food and beverage
