Customer Relations Coordinator

Awards and Trophies, Australia’s largest trophy retailer, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team in a full-time position. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, responding to queries via phone, email and online chat, creating purchase orders, and supporting the wider team as needed.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage customer orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Respond to all customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner

Create purchase orders and manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment

Assist with showroom sales and support the wider team as needed

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role

Effectively manage priorities and work under pressure during peak seasons

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven ability to work well both individually and in a team environment

High level of commitment and reliability to past employers

Strong computer literacy and typing skills

Exceptional customer service skills and upbeat phone manner

Ability to work under pressure effectively during sustained seasonal peaks
