We are seeking experienced Boilermakers and Welders to join our Canning Vale workshop in ongoing positions, with the choice of permanent full-time employment or ongoing casual employment. These are long-term opportunities, not short-term or project-based assignments. Applicants should bring practical workshop, fabrication and manufacturing experience, including MIG and flux-cored welding skills.

About the role

• Carry out welding, fabrication, maintenance and repair work in a workshop environment.
• Work alongside experienced tradespeople to deliver high-quality fabrication solutions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans to complete work accurately.
• Contribute to a team focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Skills & experience

• Hands-on workshop experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Practical fabrication experience and strong MIG and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) skills; stick welding skills also relevant.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Confidence using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery.
• Commitment to safe work practices, quality workmanship and meeting deadlines.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to continue learning.
