Receptionist

Monday to Friday

Perth Based

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. Enjoy a stable role, a supportive team, regular hours and a great workplace environment.

About the role

Based at our Head Office in West Perth, this role provides administrative support to the office, management team and corporate functions. As an all-rounder position, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks and provide support across the business as required.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • First point of contact for phone calls, visitors, deliveries etc
  • Co-ordinate stationery, consumables, mail, equipment and services
  • Manage an inbox and general queries
  • Ensure common areas are clean and tidy
  • Regular pick up and drop off of small freight items
  • Accurate data and document management and updating
  • Create purchase orders, receipt deliveries and invoice matching
  • Assists with reporting requirements daily/weekly to enable for accurate data information
  • Liaise with site regarding freight and other requirements
  • Assist with company functions and initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to senior executives

Experience and attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced organization
  • Efficient and accurate data entry and documentation preparation abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prepare reports and documents
  • Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm to work autonomously and problem solve
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Willingness to help with any task and extra hours (occasionally) if needed
  • Current drivers licence
