Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist or Administrative Assistant to join our Auburn Health team in Bundoora, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a friendly demeanour, contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organise office files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Support the team with various projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are advantageous.
