We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team at Auburn Health in Bundoora, Victoria. This part-time, permanent role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, facilitating communication, and managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the medical and nursing team.

  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
