About the role
Ascot Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards whilst also working on the tools. This is a full-time position based in Greater Adelaide.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, including tradespeople and labourers
- Overseeing the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments to work schedules and plans as needed
- Hands on carpentry
- Providing hands-on support and guidance to the construction team as required
- Liaising with PM’s, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment particularly in commercial environments.
